Spanning the realms of nervous system tools, self-regulation practices, and energetic explorations, you'll find a number of different ways to practice grounding in your everyday life.

This course is available by video or audio, so you can download the entire course on your phone as audio files to listen to while you're walking in the woods, or whenever you like! Along with a bonus guided meditation you can use as a centering pause in your day.

  • How much is it to join?

    This course is on sale for $13.00 CAD, which gets you forever access to tools and practices you can use for a lifetime.

  • I struggle to complete online courses, how is this different?

    I've taken care to break up the videos into bite size chunks. Most of the videos on the practices themselves are around 5 minutes long, this tends to be easier to dive in and listen to 1 or 2 videos as you go about your day. There are a few 15 minute videos to start us off in the laying the groundwork section, though most other videos are short, sweet, and easily digestible!

  • How long do I have access to this course?

    As long as there is internet! You can either download the whole course as audio files to listen to while walking in the woods (or wherever you like), or come back to Thinkific to login and watch.

  • I can't afford the tuition for the course, though I feel it would be very helpful for me. Are there any other options?
